We have developed our own test software to run on the product that is to be repaired. This product test software communicates with the operator test interface program (front end shown above) which shows the results from the tests.

   The test interface software also controls some National Instruments cards which allow the current\voltages to be measured and tester relays to be switched i.e. supplying power to board and switching of the measuring circuit onto each Tuscan relay.

   Each test Interface front end looks approximately as shown, but is slightly modified for each board. We also design test and interface software for other customers. Click "Next" above for more examples.
